Once a vehicle is purchased and the delivery process is completed, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect the vehicle before making the final purchase decision, including scheduling a test drive and discussing any specific concerns with our sales representatives prior to the transaction.
3. Accessories and Additional Products
Any accessories, upgrades, or additional products purchased from RAAM GROUP MG are also non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your selection before completing the purchase.
4. Service and Repairs
Service charges, labor fees, and repairs provided by RAAM GROUP MG are non-refundable once the service is completed. 5. Cancellation Policy
- Vehicle Orders: Any cancellation of a vehicle order must be made prior to the final payment and signing of documents. Once the transaction is complete, cancellations are not permitted.
- Service Appointments: Service appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
6. Exceptions
