11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Raam MG, we strive to provide exceptional service. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our complete refund and cancellation policy below:

11.1 Test Drive Bookings

• Test drive bookings are free of charge and can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time by contacting our team.
• We recommend providing at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to help us serve other customers better.

11.2 Vehicle Booking Deposits

• Booking deposits paid for vehicle reservations are 100% refundable.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or written application) to our sales team.
• Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account as per the customer's preference.

11.3 Products & Services - No Refund Policy

• Vehicles: Once the vehicle is delivered and registration process is initiated, the sale is final and non-refundable.
• Accessories & Spare Parts: All accessories, spare parts, and merchandise once sold cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Services: Once a service (maintenance, repair, detailing, etc.) has been completed, it cannot be refunded.
• Insurance & Extended Warranties: Insurance policies, extended warranties, and service packages once activated are non-refundable.
• Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled before the service is initiated by contacting our service center.

11.4 Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees, RTO charges, and government taxes are non-refundable once processed.
• Third-party charges including insurance premiums, finance processing fees, and documentation charges are non-refundable.
• Any customization, modification, or special order work once completed is non-refundable.

11.5 Refund Processing Timeline

Booking Amount Refunds: We process all booking amount refunds within 48 hours of cancellation approval.

• Refunds are initiated within 48 hours from our end
• The credit to your account may take an additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank's processing time
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
